thanksgiving was so very wonderful.
i had such an enjoyable time with family + friends (my best friend/ sister, ngoc, is here).
i dined with ten of my loved ones at grandmother's house.
though four of the ten of us dwell together, it was so wonderful
to sit down and enjoy each others presence and company.

i haven't enjoyed a holiday like this in so long.
my mom had a teary moment in reflection of my grandfather,
but we spoke of all the great times we had with him. he did
during the month of november in 1996.

though time passes on, wounds can still be fresh + tender.
but, at least beautiful memories are forever.
